Job Overview

Prepare and cook menu items in a restaurant kitchen, following established recipes and food safety practices. This hands-on role supports smooth food service by helping the kitchen team deliver well-prepared meals to customers.

Responsibilities

- Complete food preparation and meal preparation, including organizing ingredients and keeping the work area ready for service.
- Cook menu items consistently, monitor timing, and coordinate orders with kitchen colleagues.
- Follow safe food handling practices, maintain clean workstations, and store ingredients appropriately.
- Support serving and food service by communicating order progress and helping the team respond to service needs.

Requirements

Required: Practical cooking, food preparation, meal preparation, and food handling capabilities,



with attention to food safety, cleanliness, timing, and transparent coordination during service. Preferred: Food service experience, restaurant experience, kitchen experience, or other food industry experience that supports confident teamwork and consistent meal preparation. Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour
