CSN Premier Collision is looking for an experienced, motivated, and detail-oriented Auto Appraiser to join our team. We are seeking an individual with a strong background in automotive repair, collision estimating, and insurance procedures who takes pride in producing accurate estimates, delivering exceptional customer service, and maintaining strong relationships with insurance partners, vendors, and customers.

The successful candidate will play an important role in the overall success of our operation by ensuring accurate damage assessments, efficient estimating processes, and consistent achievement of insurance and operational performance targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct thorough vehicle inspections to identify collision damage and determine the appropriate repair procedures.
- Prepare accurate and comprehensive repair estimates, including parts, labour, materials, and sublet operations.
- Utilize Mitchell and Audatex estimating platforms to prepare and manage estimates.
- Negotiate repair costs, supplements, and procedures with insurance companies and parts suppliers.
- Ensure estimates meet insurance guidelines, OEM repair procedures, and industry standards.
- Monitor and manage insurance performance KPIs, ensuring estimates meet established targets and expectations.
- Maintain effective communication with customers, insurance adjusters, technicians, parts suppliers, and management.
- Identify additional damage and prepare timely supplements throughout the repair process.




- Assist in managing workflow to ensure vehicles move efficiently through the repair process.
- Maintain accurate documentation and follow established company processes and procedures.
- Stay current with vehicle technology, repair procedures, estimating standards, and industry developments.
- Provide an exceptional customer experience through professionalism, communication, and attention to detail.

Qualifications & Experience

The ideal candidate will possess:

- Proven experience in collision repair estimating, automotive appraisal, or automotive service management.
- Strong knowledge of automotive repair processes, vehicle construction, and collision damage assessment.
- Proficiency with Mitchell and Audatex estimating systems.
- A solid understanding of insurance company procedures, guidelines, and performance KPIs.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills, particularly when working with insurance partners and vendors.
- Ability to analyze vehicle damage and develop accurate, complete repair estimates.
- Knowledge of OEM repair procedures and industry repair standards.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple assignments and priorities.
- A customer-focused approach with a commitment to quality and service excellence.




- Ability to work independently while contributing positively to a team environment.
