Job Overview

We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Pizza Maker to join our restaurant team. The ideal candidate has experience preparing pizzas , works well in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in quality, cleanliness, and customer satisfaction.

Duties,

- Prepare and cook pizzas according to restaurant recipes and quality standards
- Prepare pizza dough, sauces, toppings, and other ingredients
- Stretch and shape dough by hand or using a dough press
- Assemble pizzas accurately and efficiently
- Operate pizza ovens and other kitchen equipment safely
- Monitor cooking times and temperatures to ensure consistent quality
- Prepare and portion ingredients for daily service
- Maintain a clean and organized work station
- Follow food safety, sanitation, and hygiene standards
- Properly store and label food products




- Assist with food preparation and other kitchen duties as needed
- Work efficiently during busy periods and maintain a positive attitude
- Communicate effectively with kitchen staff and management

Qualifications

- Previous pizza-making or kitchen experience preferred
- Experience with pizza ovens and dough preparation is an asset
- Ability to work in a fast-paced restaurant workplace
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to follow recipes and portion-control standards
- Reliable, punctual, and dependable
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Food-handler certification is an asset

Pay: $17.60-$22.25 per hour
