Summary

As a Press Feeder (Mitsubishi 3F), you’ll support commercial printing production by keeping the press supplied with materials. Your impact: Consistent feeding helps press operators maintain production flow and deliver printed materials reliably to clients.

Key Responsibilities

- Set up, adjust, and operate the feeder section of our Mitsubishi 3F sheet-fed offset press for various substrates, thicknesses, and sheet sizes.
- Load and stage materials (paper, corrugated board, plastics) efficiently to ensure uninterrupted high-speed press runs.
- Continuously monitor the feedboard, manage paper delivery nozzles/wheels, and make immediate mechanical adjustments to prevent misfeeds, jams, or sheet trips.
- Assist the Lead Press Operator with press make-readies, color match staging, wash-ups, and manual plate changes on the Mitsubishi 3F.
- Prepare, load, and stage upcoming jobs to ensure seamless transitions between different print runs and custom kitting projects.
- Perform routine preventative maintenance, cleaning, and lubrication on the feeder end of the press.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace in strict compliance with manufacturing safety protocols.

Qualifications & Requirements

- Experience: A minimum of 3 years of direct,



hands-on experience working as a Press Feeder in a commercial printing, packaging, or corrugated display environment.
- Equipment Knowledge: Direct operational experience with the Mitsubishi 3F (or similar Diamond 3000 series) sheet-fed press is required.
- Technical Aptitude: Familiarity with large-format industrial substrates and handling various heavy or unique materials (corrugated, styrene, Coroplast, Ultraboard).
- Physical Endurance: Ability to stand for extended periods, perform repetitive lifting of heavy materials safely, and thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.
- Team Player: Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively alongside Press Operators and the broader production team.

Pay: $25.00-$30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35.0 – 40.0 per week
