Job Overview
We are seeking a friendly and efficient Barista to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional customer service while preparing and serving high-quality beverages and food items. Responsibilities

- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, teas, and specialty drinks following standardized recipes.
- Operate POS systems, accurately handling cash and card transactions.
- Maintain cleanliness of the workspace, equipment, and dining area in compliance with food safety standards.
- Assist customers with menu selections, answer questions about products, and provide excellent customer service.
- Handle food preparation tasks such as assembling sandwiches or snacks as needed.
- Manage cash handling responsibilities with accuracy and integrity.
- Ensure timely service during busy periods by managing multiple tasks efficiently through effective time management.




- Follow all food safety guidelines to maintain a safe setting for both staff and customers.

Qualifications

- Previous Barista experience or background in the food industry is preferred but not required; training will be provided for the right candidate.
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Basic math skills necessary for cash handling, making change, and processing transactions accurately.
- Familiarity with POS systems, particularly Square POS, is a plus.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures.
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks during busy hours.
