Morrow's Marine & More is looking for an outgoing, motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our growing team in Lumsden, SK!

We're a locally owned and operated dealership with a brand-new showroom and an expanding lineup of boats, outboard motors, ATVs, side-by-sides, snowmobiles, trailers, campers and other recreational equipment.

We're looking for someone who enjoys meeting people, building relationships and helping customers find the right products for their needs.

Whether you're an experienced salesperson or someone with a strong customer service background and a willingness to learn, we'd love to hear from you!

What You'll Be Doing

- Greeting customers and helping them explore our wide range of products
- Understanding customer needs and recommending suitable equipment
- Providing product information, features, pricing and available options
- Preparing quotes and following up with potential customers
- Managing customer inquiries and sales leads
- Building lasting relationships with new and existing customers
- Guiding customers through the sales process, from initial inquiry to delivery
- Maintaining accurate customer information and sales records
- Staying up to date on product knowledge, promotions and inventory
- Helping maintain an organized and welcoming showroom




- Working with our team to provide a great customer experience

What We're Looking For

- Previous sales or customer service experience preferred
- Experience in automotive, RV, marine, powersports or equipment sales is an asset
- Friendly, outgoing and confident communicating with customers
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented and willing to take initiative
- Organized, dependable and able to manage multiple customer inquiries
- Comfortable using computers and learning dealership software
- Willingness to learn about our products and brands
- Positive attitude and ability to work as part of a team

Previous dealership experience is an asset, but not required. We're willing to train the right person!
