Job Summary
The Chief Financial Officer - Controller leads financial planning, accounting, and control activities, connecting corporate finance priorities with sound operational decisions. This role supports responsible growth through transparent reporting, disciplined budgeting, and effective risk management.

Responsibilities

- Lead accounting operations, financial reporting, account reconciliation, and budgeting processes, ensuring records and forecasts support informed decisions.
- Oversee corporate finance activities, assess financial risks, and strengthen controls to support organizational stability and business development.
- Guide and develop finance teams, coordinate with leaders across the organization, and bring strong organizational skills to planning and execution.
- Support financial services and sales-related decisions through analysis and negotiation,



aligning commercial opportunities with financial objectives.

Requirements
Required: Practical accounting, account reconciliation, budgeting, corporate finance, and risk management capabilities are essential, alongside leadership and organizational skills to guide financial operations and communicate sound recommendations. Preferred: Experience in financial services, business development, sales, or negotiation can strengthen commercial judgment and help connect financial strategy with organizational opportunities.

Pay: $80,000.00-$130,000.00 per year
