A part-time position exists to support our adult son in our home and his community and neighbourhood. He is a caring and fun-loving person who enjoys dancing, swimming and driving a golf cart. He is looking for some positive change in his life and needs the right support person to help with this.
Responsibilities and expectations include assisting him to explore community opportunities where he can contribute in a meaningful way and acquire respected social roles within his community. Support and guidance are needed to help him develop engaging relationships with others including relearning social cues.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Ontario Driver’s license (G2 or higher)
- Negative Vulnerable Sector Police Clearance
- Standard/Intermediate First Aid CPR C AED
Hourly service range: $22.00– $24.00 per hour
Wide-ranging hours of support: 15 – 20 hours Monday to Friday
Location: East Windsor area
