Job Description

Reporting to the Rona division director, this position is responsible for receiving, inspecting and processing incoming merchandise and supplies. This position ensures that shipments are accurate, properly documented, safely handled, and stored in the appropriate location. The receive also helps maintain an organized and safe receiving and storage area and works closely with other team members to ensure merchandise is available when needed.

The Role

- Receive all product deliveries and maintain flow of inventory to store shelves (sort and unpack product, operate forklift to transport product to appropriate areas).

- Schedule deliveries and shipments, authorize unscheduled deliveries, and ensure space is available for incoming products.





- Ensure accuracy and integrity of inventory received.

- Complete paperwork with attention to detail and accuracy.

- Enter orders received into computerized system.

- Process any price changes and display on shelf.

- Merchandise products according to company requirements.

- Assist with inventory count.

- Other related tasks to ensure the store runs smoothly.

The ideal candidate will

- Ability to operate store equipment required for the position, including a forklift, computer, etc.

- Possesses solid communication and interpersonal skills.

- Strong attention to detail.

- Be bilingual - French / English.

- Ability to work effectively in fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

- Comfortable performing physical tasks such as lifting, restocking, and standing for extended periods.
