Responsibilities

Full of enthusiasm to greet customers and provide excellent customer service.

Assist online/offline customers in selecting proper safety equipment.

Process sales orders using the POS system and other payment methods and provide invoice/receipt.

Check shelving, labels and merchandise daily, maintain an organized and secure environment.

Stock taking and well organize in/out inventory, manage accurate inventory in a daily manner.

Keep the store clean, safe, and well-presented and organized.

Answer customers’ inquiries and make records immediately (e.g. key concern, company name, phone, Email address) for any inquiry.

Perform online/offline promotions and business development to enlarge sales.





Support daily store operations as needed.

Other work assigned for enlarging sales.

Qualifications

Previous retail or customer service experience is an asset.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and behave as part of a team.

Basic office automation, website information update and POS system knowledge.

Knowledge of safety products or industrial supplies is an asset.

Capability of business development is preferred.

Pay: $16.00-$17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 6.0 per week
