Job Summary

The Company Manager oversees daily business operations, leads teams, and supports the company's growth and long-term success. This role is responsible for managing business activities, developing client relationships, overseeing projects, monitoring performance, and improving operational efficiency. The ideal candidate demonstrates strong leadership, business judgment, and the ability to balance operational priorities with customer satisfaction and company objectives.

Duties

- Lead and supervise team members, assign responsibilities, set priorities, and ensure productive daily operations.
- Develop business opportunities, maintain client relationships, identify customer needs, and support sales growth.
- Plan, coordinate, and oversee projects, ensuring deadlines, resources, and quality expectations are met.
- Monitor business performance, operational costs, and budgets to support informed decision-making.
- Identify opportunities to improve internal processes, productivity, and service quality.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers,



and business partners.
- Support strategic planning and contribute to achieving the company's short-term and long-term business goals.

Qualifications

Required: Strong leadership, communication, organizational, problem-solving, and project management skills. Ability to manage daily operations, coordinate teams, prioritize tasks, and maintain effective working relationships.

Preferred: Previous management or supervisory experience, knowledge of business operations, budgeting, sales, and client relationship management. Ability to identify growth opportunities, improve business processes, and contribute to long-term organizational success.

Pay: $77,000.00-$100,000.00 per year
