Job Summary

The HVAC Technician installs, inspects, maintains, and repairs heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems. This hands-on role involves diagnosing equipment issues, completing repairs, and helping keep building systems operating safely and reliably.

Responsibilities

- Inspect HVAC equipment, identify faults, and complete maintenance and repairs using appropriate tools and procedures.
- Diagnose mechanical problems, read schematics, and explain repair needs and system status clearly.
- Service boilers and appliances, and perform related plumbing or welding tasks when needed.
- Coordinate work with colleagues and follow applicable site procedures. Your impact: dependable repairs help customers maintain comfortable, functional spaces.

Requirements





Required: Practical HVAC and mechanical knowledge, sound troubleshooting, and the ability to perform maintenance and interpret schematics are essential to completing inspections and repairs effectively. Preferred: Mechanic experience, appliance repair, boiler service, plumbing, welding, and construction experience can support a broader range of service tasks and help you adapt to diverse equipment and work environments.

Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35.0 per week
