General Description

Under general supervision, performs kitting, lay-up and pressing operations to from multilayer panels. Sorts copper foil, pre-preg and inner layers to the established lay-up on the traveler to for, books for lamination.

Maintains accurate inventory of copper foil and pre-preg. Operates different equipment, to laminate books and prepare panels for production. Independently sets up and operates lamination press. Responsible for following correct method of lay-up, without deviation. Heavy lifting involved. Must perform daily, weekly and monthly Preventive Maintenance of their department. Must be able to use measuring devices. May be required to perform other duties as assigned.

Work Experience & Education Requirements

Must have 3 yrs. printed circuit board multilayer lamination experience. Must be able to read, write and speak English. Should be mathematically inclined. Positive communication skills. Good computer skills. Pay is determined by experience and skill level

Bacon software - JTS, TRACK, JIS

Oxide coating/ AOI Inner Layers process (on-job training)

WHMIS/MSDS Standards & Policies/ Health and Safety

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00-$25.00 per hour
