Duties

- Perform general maintenance and repairs on buildings, including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting tasks.

- Maintain tools and equipment in positive working condition, ensuring safety protocols are followed.
- Collaborate with other team members to complete larger projects or renovations as needed.
- Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients regarding their needs and preferences.
