Job Summary
This is a casual on-call position and would be an excellent position for someone that wants to pick up a week of light work here and there. There is no office work required and no set schedule to work. The position pays $100.00/day for being on-call and $50.00/hour if you get called out. The on-call is not busy and I would expect 2 to 10 hours a week, mostly in the late morning (discharge time). Km and per diem are included, tax free, at the levels set by the CRA.
Responsibilities
- Don't drink or do drungs when on-call.
- Answer the phone when on call.
- Troubleshoot equipment problems over the phone and if the problem can not be resolved remotely, deliver new equipment to the patient in a timely manner.
- Perform home oxygen starts in a timely manner.
Pay: From $50.00 per hour
