We are currently assisting our client to fill the below position for our client – a leader in the Electrical / Electronics Manufacturing sector:

POSITION: Electrical Design Technologist

STATUS: Full Time Permanent Position

SALARY: $30.00 - $40.00 per hour + benefits

LOCATION: Scarborough, On.

OVERVIEW:

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in power supply design, power electronics, and electrical hardware development, with an emphasis on hands-on hardware engineering rather than software development.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, test, and troubleshoot power supply systems and electronic hardware.

Work with electrical schematics, circuit designs, PCB layouts, and electronic components.

Perform hardware testing, troubleshooting, and design improvements.

Support product development, prototyping,



and manufacturing processes.

Collaborate with engineering and production teams to resolve technical issues.

Requirements

Minimum 2-5 years of electrical/electronic design engineering experience.

Robust experience w/ power supply design and power electronics is essential.

Hands-on experience with analog/digital circuits, PCB design, hardware testing, and troubleshooting.

Strong understanding of electrical schematics, electronic components, and hardware design principles.
