Overview

The Snow Removal Shift Lead coordinates shift activities to keep assigned areas clear, accessible, and protected during winter weather. This hands-on leadership role supports an organized crew, consistent work practices, and dependable service for the people who use and maintain the site.

Duties

- Lead and coordinate crews, adjusting priorities as weather and site conditions change.
- Guide snow and ice removal work, monitor progress, and communicate updates and safety concerns to the appropriate team members.
- Inspect completed areas, identify follow-up needs, and help ensure equipment and work areas are ready for ongoing operations.

Experience

Required: Class 5 drivers licence with a clean history.

Preferred: Supervising experience is valuable, along with familiarity with snow removal services. These strengths can support effective coordination and performance throughout the winter season.

Pay: $2,500.00 per month
