Job Overview
We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Health Care Aides to provide exceptional support and care for female with disabililitesThis role involves assisting individuals with daily activities, ensuring their comfort, safety, and well-being in assisted living, private home settings. The ideal candidate will have experience working with individuals with disabilities, This position offers an prospect to make a meaningful difference in people's lives while working in a supportive and professional environment.

Responsibilities

- Assist residents with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support , lifting with lift
- Administer medications following prescribed schedules and protocols
- Provide companionship and emotional support to residents, environment
- Support residents with meal preparation and feeding as needed
- Help with light housekeeping tasks to maintain a clean and safe living space
- Monitor residents’ health status and report any changes to supervising staff




- Support individuals with disabilities by implementing personalized care plans
- Assist with transportation to medical appointments or outings if required
- Follow all safety procedures and infection control protocols to ensure resident safety

Experience

- Previous experience in home care environments is preferred
- Experience working with , individuals with disabilities, or those requiring is highly desirable
- Knowledge of medication administration and caregiving best practices is advantageous
- Prior experience in meal preparation and light cleaning tasks is beneficial
- Certification in caregiving or relevant training programs is a plus but not mandatory; willingness to obtain necessary certifications is expected
