We're currently hiring for the following position:

Kitchen Staff (Full-Time & Part-Time)

- Prep, cooking, plating, and maintaining kitchen quality
- Fast-paced environment with strong teamwork
- Previous kitchen experience is a plus, but we’ll train the right candidates

Summary

As a Kitchen Staff at Sansotei Ramen, you will play an essential role in preparing our signature dishes and ensuring a high standard of food quality. This position is vital to maintaining our reputation for excellent service and authentic flavors.

Responsibilities

- Assist in food preparation and cooking of menu items according to established recipes.




- Ensure that all food items are prepared with attention to quality and presentation.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area at all times.
- Follow food safety guidelines and proper handling procedures to ensure customer safety.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient kitchen operations during peak hours.
- Support the shift supervisor/manager with daily tasks and special projects as needed.

Requirements

- Previous experience in a kitchen or food service environment is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques and kitchen equipment.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards.
- Excellent communication skills and teamwork abilities.
- Understanding of food safety regulations and practices.
