About the Position

We are seeking an experienced, knowledgeable, and detail-oriented Immigration Caseworker to join our growing team.

The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience preparing and processing Canadian immigration applications, reviewing supporting documents, completing IRCC forms, and coordinating with clients to ensure applications are accurately prepared.

The candidate should have practical knowledge of Canadian immigration programs and be capable of handling multiple immigration files independently with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and review Canadian immigration applications for temporary and permanent residence.
- Handle various immigration applications, including:
- Visitor Visas (TRVs) and Super Visas.
- Spousal Sponsorship (Inland and Outland).
- Express Entry (CEC and FSW).
- Provincial Nominee Programs (PNP).
- Work Permits and Study Permits.
- Spousal Open Work Permits (SOWP) and Post-Graduation Work Permits (PGWP).
- Permanent Residence (PR) applications and other related immigration programs.
- Complete IRCC application forms and prepare supporting documentation.
- Review client documents and identify missing information, inconsistencies, or potential concerns.
- Prepare document checklists, submission letters, and supporting explanations.
- Communicate with clients regarding documentation requirements and file progress.
- Review IRCC correspondence and assist in preparing responses to additional document requests.
- Maintain accurate client records and ensure timely completion of assigned files.
- Maintain confidentiality and accuracy throughout the application preparation process.

Required Qualifications

- Minimum 1–2 years of hands-on experience in Canadian immigration case processing.




- Strong knowledge of IRCC application procedures and documentation requirements.
- Practical experience preparing and reviewing temporary and permanent residence applications.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple immigration files and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and document management systems.

Preferred Qualifications

- Previous experience working with a Canadian immigration consultancy or immigration law firm.
- Experience handling multiple immigration application categories.
- Knowledge of IRCC portals and online application procedures.
- Experience communicating directly with immigration clients.

Who We Are Looking For

We are looking for someone with genuine hands-on Canadian immigration file-processing experience who can prepare applications accurately and efficiently.

Candidates with only general administrative, customer service, or sales experience and no practical Canadian immigration application preparation experience will not be considered.
