At SENSEA Nordic Spa, guest experience is shaped by every interaction and every detail across our property. Our Customer Service & Guest Experience Attendants welcome guests, help them feel comfortable, and work together to keep the spa clean, stocked, and ready throughout the day.

This is an active role that combines reception, food and beverage service, and hands-on work around our outdoor spa. You’ll move between duties as the day changes and support your teammates wherever help is needed.

Key Responsibilities

Guest service and reception

- Welcome guests, assist with check-in and checkout, and help them find their way around the spa.
- Answer questions in person and through our communication channels, including social media.
- Offer thoughtful, friendly service and bring guest concerns to the team’s attention.

Site care and daily operations

- Keep guest areas, changing rooms, and washrooms clean, welcoming, and stocked throughout the day.
- Replenish drinking stations, glasses, and other guest supplies.
- Prepare and tend fire pits when permitted, empty bins, and carry bags of used towels and linens.
- Help with opening, closing, and other site duties as needed.

Food and beverage

- Serve food and beverages and help keep the service area clean and ready for guests.

You enjoy helping people, notice the details,



and take pride in keeping a space welcoming. You communicate warmly, work well with a team, and are reliable when things get busy. Customer service, hospitality, food service, or cleaning experience is helpful, but full training is provided.

Working Conditions

SENSEA operates year-round, including during rain, snow, and other challenging weather. This role requires working outdoors in all seasons, sometimes for a significant part of a shift.

Employees are expected to provide their own weather-appropriate clothing, including a raincoat and winter coat. SENSEA provides required safety gear and allowances for certain work items, such as footwear.

Shifts involve frequent walking around the property, standing, cleaning, and carrying supplies and used linens. Evening, weekend, and holiday availability is required.
