Title: AZ Truck Driver (Teams)

Location: Kitchener, ON

Payrate: 70,000 – 1,00,000

We are currently hiring experienced AZ Truck Drivers for opportunities based out of Kitchener, Ontario. We are looking for reliable and safety-focused drivers with a minimum of 2 years of experience operating Van, Reefer, Flatbed, or Double Drop equipment.

Both Single Drivers and Team Drivers are welcome to apply.

Start Date: ASAP / Immediate Opportunities Available

Experience Required: Minimum 2 years of AZ driving experience

Pay: Competitive – based on driver type and route

Work Availability: Local/Hourly and Long-Haul Opportunities

Compensation

Single Drivers:

$0.60 per mile

$40 per drop/pickup

$12.50 per border crossing

$30.00 per hour for customs waiting time

Team Drivers:

$0.75 per mile

$50 per drop/pickup

$20.00 per border crossing

$30.00 per hour for customs waiting time

Hourly City Drivers:

$24.00 per hour

Job Responsibilities

Safely operate AZ-class commercial vehicles on assigned routes.

Transport freight safely and efficiently while following all transportation regulations.

Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections.

Secure and inspect loads according to company and safety requirements.

Maintain accurate daily logs, trip records, delivery documents, and paperwork.





Complete pickups and deliveries on schedule.

Communicate professionally with dispatch, customers, and terminal staff.

Follow all applicable Ministry of Transportation and company safety procedures.

Report vehicle issues, delays, accidents, or other concerns to dispatch promptly.

Maintain a clean and safe vehicle and work environment.

Provide skilled customer service at pickup and delivery locations.

Ensure all freight is handled and transported securely.

Equipment / Trailer Experience

Candidates with experience operating or pulling the following equipment are encouraged to apply:

Van

Reefer

Flatbed

Double Drop

Requirements

Valid AZ Driver's Licence.

Minimum 2 years of AZ driving experience.

Experience with Van, Reefer, Flatbed, and/or Double Drop equipment.

Clean and safe driving record.

Canadian Passport / FAST card is an asset

Strong knowledge of transportation and road safety regulations.

Reliable and punctual.

Good communication skills.

Ability to complete required documentation and trip records.

Ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Safety-focused attitude.

Willingness to travel as required.

Pay: $70,000.00-$100,000.00 per year
