Moxies Polo Park is Hiring!

We are a growing, service-focused diner seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Full-Time Prep Cook and Full Time Line Cooks to support our kitchen operations. This position plays a critical role in ensuring great food for our guests!

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare Dishes daily according to standardized recipes and specifications
- Portion, label, and properly store all food items
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of Line areas and equpiment
- Follow food safety and sanitation standards at all times
- Assist with Prep and other operations when needed.
- Communicate effectively with kitchen leadership and team members

Qualifications:

- Minimum 1 year Kitchen Experience preferred
- Strong knife skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work efficiently in a quick-paced environment




- Knowledge of food safety and safe handling practices
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Weekend and morning availability required
