Job Scope

The Logistics Assistant (Runner) supports the logistics and supply chain operations by coordinating the movement, storage, and delivery of goods. This role involves handling shipping documents, updating inventory records, and ensuring timely and accurate order fulfillment. The Logistics Assistant works closely with suppliers, carriers, and internal departments to maintain efficient and organized logistics processes

Responsibilities

- Manage and maintain first in/first out process for all storage rooms
- Deliver all lounge food/beverage requests on time and as per order placed
- Work with culinary team to understand how/where each food item has to be stored
- Update the inventory list on daily basis to ensure correct ordering
- Monitor food temperature, rotation of stock items, maintain cleanliness and par stock levels in all storage areas




- Help F&B; team with inventory when required on a weekly & monthly basis
- Delivery of F&B; cutlery, crockery and glass ware to all lounges
- Cleaning of kitchen hood, grease interceptor, kitchen refrigerator in all lounges
- Work as lounge maintenance and maintenance person whenever required.
- To ensure that proper cleaning procedures are adhered to and personal protective equipment (PPE) is worn at all times during the shift. Employees are expected to follow all health and safety regulations, enforced and updated by the company.
- Other related responsibilities and special or ad hoc projects, as assigned

- Must be bilingual French/English
- Able to obtain Transport Canada clearance for security pass (RAIC) to work at the airport.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Must be flexible to work weekdays/weekends and statutory holidays.
- Must be available to work flexible shifts early morning/day/evening shifts
