Uniconnect Immigration Services Inc. is a trusted immigration consulting firm dedicated to helping individuals and families achieve their Canadian immigration goals. We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Case Manager to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a quick-paced environment and is passionate about supporting clients through their immigration journey.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct client intake interviews and assess eligibility for various immigration programs.
- Collect, review, and organize client documents to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Prepare, draft, and submit immigration applications (work permits, study permits, PR, LMIA, etc.) in compliance with IRCC requirements.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in the company’s case management system.
- Communicate regularly with clients, providing updates, addressing inquiries, and guiding them throughout the process.
- Monitor application statuses and liaise with immigration authorities as necessary.
- Stay current on Canadian immigration laws, policies, and procedural updates.
- Collaborate with consultants, RCICs,



and team members to ensure successful case outcomes.

Qualifications

- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in immigration case management, legal administration, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of Canadian immigration procedures and documentation requirements.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to simplify complex processes.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and case management/immigration software.
- Fluency in English (additional languages considered an asset).
