Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Pharmacist to join our healthcare team. Responsibilities

- Review and interpret physician orders to ensure the appropriateness of medication therapy.
- Prepare and dispense medications accurately, ensuring compliance with safety standards.
- Provide patient counseling on medication usage, side effects, and interactions.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to optimize patient care plans.
- Monitor patient progress and adjust medication regimens as necessary.
- Maintain accurate records of medication administration and inventory management.
- Educate healthcare staff on medication-related issues and best practices.




- Participate in quality improvement initiatives related to pharmacy services.
- Dealing with methadone patients.

Requirements

- Active pharmacist license in the state of practice.
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology and pharmacology.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
- Commitment to continuous career development and staying current with industry trends.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From $50.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10.0 – 40.0 per week
