Job Summary

We are seeking a licensed Propane (LP) Service Technician II for a direct hire opportunity in Barrie, ON. This field service role is ideal for an experienced G2 technician who enjoys hands-on propane service work, residential customer interaction, and a safety-focused team environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Install, service, and maintain residential propane systems, tanks, regulators, storage equipment, and related fuel components.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot propane-fired appliances and equipment from multiple manufacturers.
- Perform safety inspections of propane tanks, site layouts, dispensing units,



and customer installations to ensure regulatory compliance.
- Safely operate service trucks and trailers to complete propane tank setups, relocations, pick-ups, and field assignments.
- Complete service documentation, pressure test logs, digital work orders, and required regulatory paperwork accurately.
- Maintain service truck inventory, tools, parts, and fittings to support efficient daily dispatches.

Compensation and Benefits

- Salary: $62,400 to $72,800 per year.
- Hourly rate: $30 to $35 per hour.
- Schedule: Monday to Friday, 6:00 am to 4:00 pm.
- Seasonal overtime and rotating on-call requirements may vary.
