Our projects span the entire trade: from small-scale residential handyman service work and renovations to full-scale home additions and custom new builds.The Position:
We are seeking a versatile, highly skilled Journeyman Carpenter to act as my right-hand lead on site. For an individual who proves their reliability, sharp work ethic, and ability to manage both clients and crews, this position is fast-tracked to transition into a General Manager role as we scale. You will stay on the tools for high-end execution while overseeing day-to-day site operations and mentoring two incoming apprentices.What You’ll Do:

- Lead and execute all phases of residential carpentry: structural framing, footings/forms, window/door installations, exterior siding, and high-end interior finish work.




- Troubleshoot complex issues on renovation and addition sites where things are rarely square or straightforward.
- Manage job site logistics, material ordering, and sub-trades.
- Act as the lead mentor to two Apprentice Carpenters on site.

What We Are Looking For:

- Valid Alberta Journeyman Carpenter Certificate or Interprovincial Red Seal.
- Broad, deep experience in residential carpentry (both rough and finishing). Renovations/additions experience is a major asset.
- Solid leadership qualities, professional presentation for client interactions, and an entrepreneurial mindset.
- Clean driver’s licence and reliable transport (truck preferred) to commute to sites around Spruce Grove, Stony Plain, and the Greater Edmonton Area.
- Must come equipped with standard basic hand tools. A comprehensive tool bonus incentive is available if you supply an expanded asset set.

Pay: $35.00-$45.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 – 60.0 per week
