Job Responsibilities:

- Answer phone calls and respond to customer inquiries.
- Schedule appointments and manage bookings.
- Assist with invoices, payments, and paperwork.
- Coordinate with technicians and keep the front desk organized.
- Help ensure customers have a great experience.

Qualifications:

- Friendly, professional, and organized.
- Robust communication and customer service skills.
- Basic computer skills.
- Ability to multitask in a busy environment.
- Automotive or tire shop experience is an asset, but not required.
