We are seeking motivated and personable individuals to join our team as Customer Account Representatives. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who enjoy working with people, developing professional relationships, and helping customers find products and services that meet their needs.
As a Customer Account Representative, you will communicate directly with prospective and existing customers, introduce available products and services, answer questions, and support customer acquisition and account development initiatives. You will play an important role in creating positive customer experiences while representing our clients professionally.
Key Responsibilities
- Interact directly with prospective and existing customers.
- Introduce products and services and communicate their features and value.
- Build and maintain positive customer relationships.
- Identify customer needs and recommend relevant products or services.
- Answer questions and provide accurate information throughout the customer interaction.
- Support customer acquisition, account development,
and retention initiatives.
- Maintain professional communication and consistent customer engagement.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve campaign objectives.
Qualifications
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable engaging with customers in person.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Ability to build rapport and establish professional relationships.
- Self-motivated with a goal-oriented mindset.
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, hospitality, or account management is beneficial but not required.

Pay: $64,000.00-$67,500.00 per year
