Wendy’s is coming to Fort Frances in January 2027, and we’re looking for motivated and dependable Shift Managers to join our opening leadership team.

As a Shift Manager, you’ll help lead restaurant operations during your assigned shifts, support and coach Crew Members, and make sure every guest receives the quality, service and hospitality they expect from Wendy’s.

What You’ll Do

- Lead and supervise Crew Members during assigned shifts
- Provide excellent customer service and resolve guest concerns
- Assign positions and coordinate the team throughout the shift
- Ensure food quality, accuracy and Wendy’s operating standards are maintained
- Maintain food-safety, cleanliness and workplace-safety standards
- Support training and development of new Crew Members
- Monitor drive-thru and front-counter service
- Assist with opening and closing procedures
- Handle cash and complete required shift procedures
- Monitor inventory and product levels
- Help create a positive, respectful and productive workplace
- Support restaurant management in achieving sales, service and operational goals

What We’re Looking For

The ideal candidate:

- Has previous restaurant, retail or customer-service leadership experience
- Is dependable,



organized and comfortable leading a team
- Has strong communication and customer-service skills
- Can remain calm and make decisions in a fast-paced environment
- Is willing to work days, evenings, weekends and holidays as required
- Takes pride in maintaining high standards for food quality and cleanliness
- Is legally entitled to work in Canada

Previous quick-service restaurant experience is an asset, but we are also interested in candidates with solid leadership potential who are willing to learn.
