Job Summary

We are currently seeking an experienced and safety-focused Double Deep Reach Forklift Operator to join our team in a cold storage warehouse in Burlington, Ontario. The ideal candidate will have 1–2 years of hands-on experience operating a Double Deep Reach forklift in a warehouse or distribution center environment.

The successful candidate will be responsible for safely moving, storing, and retrieving pallets in cold storage areas while maintaining inventory accuracy, meeting productivity targets, and following all workplace health and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Safely operate a Double Deep Reach forklift in a cold storage warehouse setting.
- Load, unload, move, stack, and organize pallets in designated storage areas.
- Store and retrieve pallets from double-deep racking systems.
- Perform pre-shift forklift inspections and report any mechanical issues.
- Use RF scanners and warehouse management systems (WMS) to pick orders and replenish inventory.
- Maintain accurate inventory locations and ensure proper product handling.
- Follow cold storage procedures and all workplace health and safety requirements.
- Assist with shipping, receiving,



order picking, and general warehouse duties as required.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.

Requirements and Qualifications

- Valid forklift operator licence/certification.
- 1–2 years of experience operating a Double Deep Reach forklift.
- Previous warehouse or distribution center experience.
- Cold storage or refrigerated warehouse experience is an asset.
- Knowledge of forklift safety and proper material handling procedures.
- Ability to work in a cold storage environment for extended periods.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs when required.
- Strong attention to detail and inventory accuracy.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
- Availability to work afternoon or night shifts.
