Trademark Safety & Rescue Ltd provides confined space Attendant/Rescue personnel and equipment for projects that require maintenance people to enter hazardous work areas. We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Safety Trainer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering safety training programs that ensure compliance with industry standards and promote a culture of safety within the organization. This role is crucial in equipping employees with the necessary skills and knowledge to maintain a safe working environment.
Duties
- Conduct engaging training sessions for employees at various levels, ensuring understanding of safety protocols and procedures.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through assessments and feedback, making necessary adjustments to improve outcomes.
- Collaborate with management to identify specific safety training needs based on workplace hazards and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain accurate records of training sessions, participant attendance, and assessment results.
- Stay updated on industry trends, regulations,
and best practices related to workplace safety.
- Facilitate hands-on demonstrations of safety equipment and procedures, ensuring practical understanding among participants.
Skills
- Strong background in providing safety training,
- Approved instructor for Red Cross Professional Level First Aid, Rope Access, Working at Heights and MEWP programs.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, enabling clear instruction and engagement with trainees.
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple training sessions and maintain detailed records.
- Ability to assess risks and implement appropriate safety measures effectively.
- Familiarity with relevant safety regulations and standards in the industry.
