Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Research Assistant to support ongoing research projects within our laboratory. The ideal candidate will assist in data collection, perform quality control checks, and contribute to analysis efforts. Responsibilities

- Collect and record data accurately during experiments and field studies
- Perform quality control checks on collected data to ensure integrity and reliability
- Assist in analyzing research data using appropriate statistical and analytical tools
- Maintain detailed documentation of experimental procedures and results
- Support laboratory setup, maintenance, and organization of research materials and equipment




- Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot experimental issues and improve protocols
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and laboratory protocols at all times

Requirements

- Strong analysis skills with the ability to interpret scientific data effectively
- Basic knowledge of math relevant to data analysis and experimental procedures
- Prior laboratory experience is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided
- Experience or familiarity with quality control processes in a research setting is a plus
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Solid communication skills for documenting findings clearly and accurately

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $30.00-$40.00 per hour
