Emilio Finatti Pizzeria is looking for a dependable, motivated manager to help lead our Chilliwack team. If you have pizzeria or restaurant experience, take pride in great food and service, and enjoy keeping a team organized, we’d love to hear from you.

This is an active role on the floor. You’ll work alongside the team, support service, and take responsibility for keeping your shift running smoothly.

What you’ll do

- Lead afternoon and evening shifts, assign duties, and follow through with the team.
- Help with food preparation, pizza production, customer service, and orders as needed.
- Maintain consistent food quality, presentation, and timely service.
- Handle customer questions and resolve concerns professionally.
- Keep the kitchen, service areas, and washrooms clean and organized.
- Monitor stock, communicate shortages, and help reduce waste.
- Follow food safety procedures and ensure daily checklists are completed.
- Oversee closing duties, cash reconciliation, and securing the restaurant when scheduled.
- Communicate staffing, equipment, and operational concerns to head office.

What we’re looking for





- Previous pizzeria and/or restaurant experience is required.
- Supervisory or shift leadership experience is preferred.
- Reliable availability for afternoon and evening shifts.
- Clear communication and a calm, practical approach during busy service.
- Someone who leads by example, supports coworkers, and follows through.
- Pizza preparation experience and familiarity with POS systems are assets.
