About the Role

As a Commercial Locksmith Technician, you’ll work independently out of a dedicated company vehicle servicing our commercial, retail, and industrial clients across the GTA.

Shop Location: Our shop is based in Richmond Hill, ON. While this is primarily an on-the-road field technician role, you will periodically be required to report to the shop for dispatch, inventory replenishment, team check-ins, or shop-based work.

What You’ll Do





- Install, service, and repair commercial hardware (mortise locks, deadbolts, continuous hinges, panic exit devices).
- Re-key cylinders, cut keys, and service master key systems.
- Install, service, and troubleshoot Automatic Door Operators (ADOs) and accessibility systems. (We will train you on ADOs if you don't have experience!)
- Complete daily work orders efficiently using our mobile dispatch app.
- Provide professional, friendly service to property managers and site contacts.

What We’re Looking For

- 1+ year of hands-on commercial locksmithing experience.
- Valid Ontario Driver’s License with a clean driving record.
- Clean Criminal Background Check.

Assets (Nice to Have):

- Prior experience with Automatic Door Operators (ADOs) or handicap push-button systems.
- Experience with door frame prep, door modifications, or general door repair.
- Knowledge of electronic access control / keyless entry systems.
- Current WHMIS, Working at Heights, or First Aid certifications.

Pay: $25.00-$48.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 per week
