Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated Staff Pharmacist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for patient care and possess strong experience in acute care settings, with a focus on pediatrics and medication administration in a hospital environment.

Responsibilities:

- Dispense medications accurately and efficiently
- Provide pharmaceutical care to patients
- Collaborate with healthcare providers to optimize medication therapy
- Monitor patient responses to medication therapy
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and standards
- Participate in multidisciplinary rounds and patient care conferences

Experience:

- Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or Doctor of Pharmacy degree
- Active pharmacist license in good standing




- Experience in acute care pharmacy practice
- Proficiency in medical terminology
- Solid background in pediatrics and medication administration
- Familiarity with hospital pharmacy operations
