Position Summary:

The part-time Cashier/ Supervisor position is responsible for assisting the store's team in store operations and opening/closing procedures as well as security during their shift. The Cashier/Supervisor must also provide efficient and friendly service to customers and for maintaining excellent Store operating standards at all times.

Key Responsibilities:

-Responsible for overall security of the store.

-Oversees the store's operation and provide a safe working environment for the rest of the team.

-Provides a high level of customer service by establishing contact, greeting customers and ensuring customer satisfaction

-Provides solutions for customers concerns.

-Receiving orders and following the proper procedures.

-Completes the Opening/Closing Supervisors work plans.

-Maintains a balanced float while on shift and balance the cash drawer at end of shift, reporting and accounting for any discrepancies

- Faces and displays merchandise





- Ensures products are scanning correctly and advises Management of any discrepancies

- Demonstrates a high level of skilled and ethical standards by adhering to all Company policies and procedures

- Handles products and operates equipment according to regulations and Company policies and procedures

- Demonstrates consistent growth in product knowledge and product changes

Requirements:

- Must HAVE Open availability to work mornings, nights and weekends.

- Must be 19+ years of age

- Must have Serving it Right certification

- Must be able to bend, reach and stand for long periods of time with out issue.

-Must be able to lift 50 lbs on a regular basis without issue.

Pay: $16.00-$16.50 per hour

Expected hours: 20.0 – 25.0 per week

Experience:

- Supervising: 1 year (required)

Licence/Certification:

- Serve It Right Saskatchewan (required)
