Richmond Packaging is a premium manufacturer of consumable packaging for food industry with high graphic designs. We are a national company with large clients in food processing industries in California, Oregon, Washington and Western Canada. Richmond Packaging was established in 1982 and we have been enjoying a steady and aggressive growth over last several years. We have a very motivated Customer Service and Sales team. We are looking for an energetic and fast learner Inside Sales / Customer Service Representative to join our sales team.

Key Responsibilities

· Receiving and processing customer telephone and email orders in a professional and courteous manner

· Processing and follow up on quotes for customers

· Inputting customer orders in the system

· Monitoring backorders and updating customers as required

· Providing the highest level of service to customers

· Receiving customer feedback and escalating/resolving issues as required;

· Establishing and maintaining positive relationships with customers and Outside Sales team

· Monitoring of inventory

Work with our graphic designer and customers on branding for packaging

Account Management





· Additional administrative duties as required;

· Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

- Experience in customer service (inbound or outbound calls);
- Strong computer knowledge (MS Outlook, Word, Excel);
- Excellent problem-solving abilities;
- Exceptional communication skills as well as phone and email etiquette;
- A high level of attention to detail;
- Excellent team working skills;
- The ability to learn new skills quickly;
- Written and spoken English is required;

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00-$60,000.00 per year

Education:

- Secondary School (preferred)

Experience:

- Inside Sales: 5 years (preferred)
- Customer Service: 5 years (preferred)
