About the Role

We are a high-volume, locally owned Little Caesars location at Heritage Valley Town Centre in Southwest Edmonton. We don't run a revolving-door kitchen. We are looking for a mature, dependable, and hardworking fast-food professional who wants a steady, long-term home (1 year and beyond) and is ready to take an active role in keeping our store running at peak standards.

This is not a standing-behind-the-counter-only job. You will run shifts, make fresh dough from scratch, dress pizzas on the makeline, manage speed of service during rushes, and keep a clean, spotless kitchen.

Key Responsibilities

1. Dough Production & Kitchen Prep (Physical Stamina Required)

- Manage the morning/afternoon dough production cycle: mix, cut, round, and sheet fresh dough.
- Must be physically capable of lifting 40–50 lb bags of flour and dough trays repeatedly (producing 3 to 5 batches daily).
- Prep pizza sauce, cheeses, and toppings according to strict company formulas.

2. Pizza Makeline & Customer Service

- Stretch, dress, and bake pizzas to Little Caesars exact specifications.
- Provide fast, polite customer service at the counter and over the phone during high-volume dinner rushes.
- Keep your cool under pressure when the store is packed.

3. Deep Cleaning & Sanitation

- Wash dishes, pans, prep trays, and dough mixing equipment daily.
- Sweep, mop, take out heavy trash, and maintain pristine food safety conditions.

Who We Are Looking For

- Experience: Minimum 1–2 years of verified, recent quick-service restaurant (QSR) or pizza shop experience (e.g., Domino's, Pizza 73, Subway, KFC, etc.).
- Long-Term Commitment: We are strictly hiring candidates looking for a stable role for at least 12 months or longer. (If you are looking for summer-only work or a quick gap job, please do not apply).
- Leadership Potential:



Someone who isn't afraid to step up, direct team members, and take ownership of a shift.
- Physical Stamina: Comfortable on your feet for 7–8 hours and able to handle heavy kitchen lifting daily.
- Availability: Open availability, including evening closing shifts, weekends, and statutory holidays.
- Transportation: Must live in Southwest Edmonton (e.g., Heritage Valley, Allard, Chappelle, Rutherford, Desrochers, Windermere, Ellerslie) OR own a reliable personal vehicle. Public transit to Heritage Valley is limited after late evening shifts.
