Fastfrate is looking for an organized and dependable Warehouse Coordinator to join our Calgary team. This role supports daily warehouse operations by coordinating shipments, maintaining accurate inventory records and communicating with customers, carriers and warehouse staff.

We are looking for someone with a can do attitude who moves with purpose, takes ownership and keeps things running smoothly in a busy environment.

Responsibilities

- Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments, appointments and required documentation.
- Enter receipts, orders and inventory movements accurately into the warehouse management system.
- Monitor inventory accuracy and investigate discrepancies with the warehouse team.
- Communicate shipment status, priorities and issues to customers and internal teams.
- Work closely with warehouse staff to ensure orders are ready and shipments meet scheduled deadlines.
- Maintain accurate records of storage, handling and other billable services.
- Respond to emails and requests promptly, providing clear and complete information.




- Follow company procedures and support a protected, clean and organized workplace.

Qualifications

- Previous experience in warehouse coordination, shipping and receiving, inventory control or transportation is an asset.
- Strong attention to detail and accurate data entry skills.
- Good organizational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities.
- Clear written and verbal communication.
- Experience with Microsoft Outlook, Excel and warehouse management systems is an asset.
- Ability to work independently while supporting the team.
- A proactive approach to solving problems and following through on commitments.

Pay: $41,000.00-$43,000.00 per year
