Faber Work is hiring an experienced Steel Stud Framing Foreman for a commercial construction project in Prince Albert, Saskatchewan.

We are seeking a hands-on leader with extensive experience in commercial steel stud framing, drywall installation, and acoustic ceiling systems.

What You Need to Know:

- Starting pay of $40.00 per hour
- 3 weeks on, followed by 1 week off
- Monday to Saturday during scheduled workweeks
- Supervisory role with hands-on construction responsibilities
- Minimum 10 years of commercial framing and drywall experience

Key Responsibilities

- Lead construction crews and coordinate daily activities.
- Supervise steel stud framing, drywall, and acoustic ceiling installations.
- Read and interpret blueprints and shop drawings.
- Coordinate manpower, equipment, materials, and deliveries.
- Conduct safety meetings and maintain site safety standards.
- Monitor productivity, workmanship, and project deadlines.
- Complete daily reports and documentation.




- Communicate with Project Managers and Superintendents.

Required Qualifications

- Minimum 10 years of commercial framing and drywall experience.
- Previous experience supervising construction crews.
- Valid WHMIS, Fall Protection, and Scissor Lift/Boom Lift certifications.
- Strong blueprint-reading and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Comfortable working at heights.

Assets:

- First Aid certification
- Experience with Plexxis, Salus, or PlanGrid
