As Planogram Coordinator, your job duties will include creating, updating, and maintaining planograms using planogram software (currently Leafio). You will work closely with the Planogram Manager, as well as Category Managers and our Merchandising team, to ensure planograms are accurate, up-to-date, and aligned with sales strategies and merchandising standards.

Location: Hybrid role, with time primarily spent at our office (47 Railside Rd) and working from home. Occasional store visits within the GTA may be required.

Responsibilities:

- Create planograms for our Healthy Planet stores using Leafio software, ensuring accurate placement of products and adherence to merchandising guidelines. Training for Leafio will be provided.
- Maintaining current planograms across 42+ store locations by tracking vendor discontinuations and new SKUs coming in across multiple categories.
- Update and maintain corporate item records for new store setup to assigned planograms.
- Liaise with various teams regarding planogram timing and execution.
- Assist in the success of new product launches by developing strategic, coordinated planograms that maximize visibility and sales potential.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and participate in business discussions, provide space planning expertise, and contribute to strategic merchandising plans.
- Collaborate with Category Managers to understand product assortments, promotions, and sales objectives, and ensure planograms align with business goals.
- Provide ongoing support to store locations to ensure successful planogram execution and compliance.
- Assist in other merchandising-related tasks and projects as needed.





Requirements:

- Previous experience in planogram management, preferably in the Retail sector, is preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office programs, particularly Excel
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret sales data.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Detail-oriented with a keen eye for merchandising standards and product placement.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of retail operations and sales strategies is a plus.
