Duronyx Canada is actively recruiting reliable, motivated, and professional Cargo Van Owner-Operators to support last-mile parcel delivery operations throughout Whitby and the surrounding Durham Region.

Compensation & Incentives

- Estimated weekly earnings: $800–$2040
- Approximately 100–150 parcels daily, subject to route availability
- $100 monthly gift card
- One complimentary oil change every month at our designated service shops
- Biweekly payments
- Opportunities to work 5–7 days per week
- Minimum three-month contractual engagement

Start Date & Payment Schedule

Expected Start Date: November 16, 2026

First Payment Date: December 16, 2026

Duronyx Canada Inc. operates on a biweekly payment schedule, with the following initial payment arrangement:

- First Payment: December 16, 2026, covering the first three weeks of successfully completed and verified deliveries.
- One-Week Payment Hold:



One week of earned compensation will be carried forward to maintain the operational payment float.
- Ongoing Payments: Following the initial payment, payments will be issued every two weeks according to the established payment schedule.
- Payment Method: Electronic bank transfer.
- Compensation: Calculated according to the agreed per-parcel rate and the number of successfully completed and verified deliveries.
- Bonuses & Incentives: Paid according to the applicable independent contractor agreement.

All payment terms will be clearly disclosed before the contract begins.

Vehicle Requirements

Applicants must own or lease an approved full-size cargo van, including:

- GMC Savana
- Chevrolet Express
- Ford Transit (Full-Size)
- Mercedes-Benz Sprinter
- Ram ProMaster (Full-Size)

No Vehicle Age Restrictions: Vehicles of any model year are welcome, provided they are clean, presentable, mechanically sound, properly insured, and roadworthy.

Not Accepted: Ford Transit Connect, minivans, SUVs, sedans, and other compact vehicles.

Candidate Requirements

- Must own or lease an eligible full-size cargo van
- Valid Ontario G or G2 driver’s licence
- Acceptable three-year driver’s abstract
- Satisfactory criminal record check
- Proof of appropriate commercial vehicle insurance
- Smartphone capable of operating delivery applications
- Robust organizational and time-management skills
- Professional attitude and commitment to safe driving





Previous courier or parcel delivery experience is considered an asset but is not required.

Key Responsibilities

- Collect, organize, and deliver assigned parcels.
- Complete delivery routes safely and efficiently.
- Scan packages and maintain accurate electronic delivery records.
- Follow established operational and safety procedures.
- Maintain a clean, roadworthy, and properly insured vehicle.
- Cover fuel, insurance, repairs, and other vehicle operating expenses.
