Job Summary

As an Orthodontist, you will assess patients’ orthodontic needs, develop treatment plans, and provide care that supports healthy, confident smiles. You will explain options clearly, monitor progress, and coordinate with the dental team to keep treatment organized and responsive to each patient.

Duties

- Examine patients, review dental records and imaging, and identify orthodontic concerns, including needs related to pediatric care.
- Create and adjust treatment plans, appliances, and follow-up schedules based on patient needs and progress.
- Document assessments, treatment decisions, and patient communications accurately using appropriate dental records systems.
- Coordinate care with colleagues and explain treatment steps to patients and families. Your impact:

Qualifications

Required: Solid clinical judgment, clear communication, attention to detail, and the ability to explain orthodontic care and use medical terminology accurately. Preferred: Dental office experience and familiarity with Epic, Dentrix, CAD tools, and pediatric care are advantageous for supporting efficient documentation and coordinated treatment.

Pay: $192,000.00-$573,000.00 per year
