THE ROLE:
Our Calgary-based client is seeking a Microsoft 365 Modern Work Senior Consultant to lead the delivery of innovative collaboration, security, and productivity solutions across a diverse portfolio of clients. This role combines technical expertise, project leadership, and client engagement to drive successful Microsoft 365 transformation initiatives.

Responsibilities:
Lead Microsoft 365 modernization projects including tenant-to-tenant migrations, SharePoint transformations, and collaboration platform adoption initiatives
Design, implement, and optimize solutions across Microsoft 365 technologies including SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive, Purview, Defender, Intune, and Entra
Assess existing environments, develop migration strategies, and execute content and data migrations using automation and third-party tools
Create and leverage PowerShell scripts to automate assessments, migrations, deployments, governance, and administrative tasks
Manage project deliverables, identify risks and opportunities, and contribute to project planning, scope definition, and resource coordination
Build trusted relationships with stakeholders while communicating technical concepts, risks, and recommendations to both business and executive audiences
Mentor consultants and junior team members through coaching, knowledge sharing, and technical leadership
Support end-to-end solution delivery from discovery and design through implementation, user adoption, and rollout

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:Top Skills & Qualifications:
Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 technologies including SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive, Purview, Defender, Intune, and Entra
Expertise delivering enterprise collaboration, content management, security, governance, and compliance solutions within the Microsoft ecosystem
Experience planning and executing SharePoint Online, OneDrive, and Microsoft 365 tenant-to-tenant migrations using migration tools and PowerShell automation
Knowledge of Power Platform solutions including Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and related business process automation capabilities
Ability to analyze environments, evaluate requirements, develop remediation plans, and guide projects from strategy through deployment
Proven leadership experience with project delivery, team mentorship, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration




Strong communication skills with the ability to present technical and business recommendations to client leadership and executive teams
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, MIS, Engineering, or a related discipline, with Microsoft certifications considered a strong asset
