Position Scope:

The Orchard Farm Manager directs daily operations, crop care, and field labor to support crop yield, fruit grade quality, and operational efficiency across every phase of the seasonal lifecycle. Within operations and crop care, this individual oversees critical horticultural practices, including winter pruning, canopy management, thinning, and frost mitigation.





The Orchard Farm Manager is responsible for crew supervision and requires the manager to organize full-time staff and seasonal workforces during peak cultivation and picking windows. In addition, administrative responsibilities encompass regulatory compliance, food safety governance, and operational recordkeeping.

Key Responsibilities:

- Operations and Crop Care.
- Labour leadership and crew supervision.
- Equipment and Infrastructure Maintenance.
- Administrative tasks and record keeping.

Work Environment & Physical Requirements:

- In office in an agricultural environment.
- Exposure to external climate conditions.
- Use of personal protective equipment (PPE) as required.
- Lifting up to 50 lbs. and standing for extended periods is required.

Qualifications & Skills

- Minimum High School Diploma (Grade 12) or equivalent.
- Previous Supervisory/Leadership experience required.
- Valid driver’s license.
