Job Summary

We are a curtainwall glazing company, commerical aluminum windows. Build and prepare crates and window assemblies through hands-on fabrication and production work. This role combines woodworking, aluminum metalworking, assembly, tool use, and careful measurement to create accurate, secure products and support an efficient manufacturing workflow. Crating experience is a must, this role will be mostly crating the finished product into custom built skids but will also help on the floor with assembly, kit packing, glazing, etc.

Duties

- Fabricate and assemble crates and window components using hand tools and power tools, following work instructions and quality expectations.
- Operate overhead crane or machining equipment as assigned, measure components, and check fit and finish.
- Move materials and completed products safely,



including heavy lifting and forklift operation where applicable; keep the work area organized.
- Your impact: Accurate, secure assemblies help colleagues complete orders reliably and protect products during handling and transport.

Requirements

Required: Practical ability to use hand and power tools, perform assembly, measure accurately, and handle materials safely; mechanical knowledge supports effective fabrication and quality checks. Preferred: Related manufacturing, woodworking, machining, or construction experience, along with forklift operation and warehouse experience, is advantageous for adapting to varied production and material-handling tasks.

Pay: From $19.00 per hour
