We are currently hiring reliable and responsible Delivery Associates for one of our clients in the Richmond Hill, ON.

The successful candidates will be responsible for delivering packages safely and efficiently to residential and commercial customers while following assigned delivery routes and maintaining excellent customer service.

This position is ideal for individuals with delivery driving experience who are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and handling physically demanding tasks.

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver packages to customers according to assigned routes and schedules.
- Load and unload packages of various sizes from the delivery vehicle.
- Lift and carry packages weighing up to 50 lbs.
- Complete daily pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections.
- Maintain the cleanliness and condition of the assigned vehicle.
- Follow company policies regarding vehicle usage and fleet fuel cards.
- Use a smartphone or handheld device for navigation and delivery updates while complying with applicable traffic laws.




- Provide professional and courteous customer service.
- Follow all road safety regulations and safe driving practices.
- Communicate with Dispatch regarding delivery updates or route-related issues.

Requirements and Qualifications

- Valid Ontario G Class Driver's License.
- Clean driver's abstract.
- Minimum 6 months of delivery driving experience.
- Previous courier or parcel delivery experience is an asset.
- Excellent driving and navigation skills.
- Comfortable driving in busy GTA traffic conditions.
- Ability to lift and carry packages weighing up to 50 lbs.
- Comfortable working up to 10–12 hours per day.
- Must have a smartphone and be comfortable using navigation applications.
- Strong time management and organizational skills.
- Reliable, punctual, and customer-service oriented.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.

Working Conditions

- Morning start time: 9:00 AM.
- Availability for day, afternoon, and weekend shifts, including holidays, as required.
- Fast-paced delivery environment.
- Work involves extended periods of driving, walking, lifting, and loading packages.

Pay: $20.30 per hour

Licence/Certification:

- Class G Licence (required)
