Heavy Warehouse Labourer – Temporary

Our clients in the Brampton & Mississauga areas are looking for dedicated, solid, skilled individuals to add to their team.

What You Will Be Doing as a Heavy Warehouse Labourer:

- Assist other trades workers such as contractors, electricians, painters, forklift operators, shipper receivers, management etc when necessary (depending on the position)
- Follow health and safety guidelines at all job sites
- Maintain clear communication with supervisors, as well as with colleagues
- Clean and prepare construction & production sites by removing debris and possible hazards
- Load and unload building materials and equipment
- Operate and control heavy-duty equipment and machinery (if required – if familiar)
- Operate hand tools – saws, drills, hammers, tape measures (depending on position)
- Operate pump trucks (depending on position)
- Build or take apart bracing, barricades, forms, scaffolding, and other structures
- Working with different products (cement, drywall, metal etc depending on the position)

· Other duties as required

What You Should Have, as a Heavy Warehouse Labourer:

- Minimum of 1 year experience in a similar role
- Absolutely will be lifting up to 50lbs consistently throughout the day for all positions
- Commitment to doing quality work while putting safety first
- CSA Approved Safety shoes and hard hat and reflective vest

In Return, You Will Receive:

- Up to $20.00 (dependent on site and experience)




- Hours are paid weekly
- Opportunity to be hired permanently for most positions
- 4% vacation pay accrued
